Godrej Upstream, an US based call center in India - Chooses Calsoft for User training and documentation for their Great Plains implementation
Godrej Upstream Limited (Upstream LLC) is in the business of running call centers globally centralized at Mumbai for their locations in Philadelphia, Fargo, Kentucky, and Dickinson in the USA. Godrej Upstream decided to go in for Great Plains for their Financial Accounting, Payables and Receivables business requirement.
California Software conducted the Study configured the Great Plains Solution to GUL's requirement. Calsoft also provided the required User Training and documentation for their implementation.
