Microsoft Dynamics GP Implementation for a well-known healthcare provider.
The company is in the business of providing cutting-edge personal care technology and related products to its 4000 franchise locations across the US. The company also has extended its operations to franchises in Europe, Asia and South America. So the volume of accounting transactions have grown tremendously and also become more complex. Calsoft is helping to evaluate Great Plains eEnterprise as a replacement to their legacy accounting package.
eEnterprise would be configured to handle multi-currency transactions for their international locations. The sales module would be setup to handle gift certificates and special discounts, which form a major part of their business. Also Accounts Receivables would be setup to manage the day-to-day transactions with their 4000 franchise offices. The web based payment components would be tightly integrated with eEnterprise to reduce double data entry and improve centralized reporting of payments due. Thus eEnterprise would be the single integrated enterprise wide application for sales, purchases, inventory management, bank reconciliation fixed assets management and accounting replacing the multiple isolated subsystems that are currently in operation.
